Radiographic Testing

Magnetic Particle Testing

Each unit is equipped with a calibrated Magnetic Yoke and generator.

Ultrasonic Thickness Testing


Each unit is equipped with a calibrated, digital ultrasonic thickness gauge. 

Ultrasonic Shearwave Flaw Detection


We offer this method of inspection for many applications including pipeline welds and structural beams.

Liquid Penetrant Testing

Each mobile unit is equipped with solvent removable, visible dye penetrant.  Per specification, we also have the ability to perform water-washable or fluorescent penetrant testing.

Welder Qualification

Based on your welding procedures and applicable code, our AWS Certified Welding Inspectors are available at one of our facilities, or via mobile (onsite) welder qualification trailers based on your needs.  Our inspectors have the knowledge, skill and ability to ensure each procedural variable is followed.  Advantages include:
  • Pipe is cut, beveled and “ready to weld”
  • 60 ton pulling units
  • Strap cutters
  • Calibrated equipment
  • Covered, concrete welding area
  • Providing all necessary documentation in electronic or hard-copy format based on your requirements

Welding Procedure Development


Our AWS Senior Certified Welding Inspectors and Certified Welding Inspectors may assist in qualification and / or development of any procedure governed by API 1104, ASME Sec. IX, or AWS D1.1, D1.3, D1.5, and ABS.
